Simulated game shooting is where game shooting is replicated using clay pigeons. This ensures that the day feels and runs in an identical manner to a real game shoot.

We ask guests to dress appropriately for the countryside and also for the time of year. Please wear suitable walking shoes/boots as terrain can be rough/muddy on occasions.
Safety equipment (ie. safety glasses, earplugs and cap) please bring your own, but if one doesn't have them, they can be provided on the day.

When simulating game shooting, we ask guest to bring their own guns. However if you do not own your own gun, we can provide one at extra cost on the day with an instructor.

If you are bringing your own equipment, you must bring your shotgun licence with you. If you are hiring from us there is no need for a licence as you will need to be with an instructor who has got a licence.
If you are banned from using a fire arms due to a custodial prison sentence, you are not permitted to shoot.

Insurance for shooting is always recommended as it covers you for any insidencies. It is not essential but preferred by us.

We allow any load of cartridges providing they are fibre wad. We can also provide cartridges at extra cost, but please let us know within a week before your days shooting.

Correct shooting etiquette involves listening and adhering to the safety briefing, as well as being polite to all other shooters.
